Aquarium is a reef site at Mnemba Island, which lies about 3 kilometres off the north coast of Unguja, the largest island in Zanzibar. It is regarded as one of the most scenic sites around Mnemba, and is also listed among its snorkelling sites.
Currents run from mild to strong, and snappers, surgeonfish and parrotfish are among the many fish found here. The dry season from June to October is the best time to visit the island.
