About this site
Arkeopark lies along the rocky coastline off Kas, on the Antalya Province peninsula that reaches out toward the Greek island of Kastellorizo. Kas itself is a well known base for dive boats working this stretch of the Mediterranean and its small offshore islets. Divers at this site have reported a mix of species including flavimaculosus puffer, grey triggerfish, Indian lionfish, red Sea goatfish, red squirrelfish, reticulated leatherjacket, and rivulated rabbitfish, giving a sense of the varied reef life found around the site.
