Galsklint lies along the Danish coast near the Little Belt (Lillebælt), the narrow strait separating the island of Funen from the Jutland peninsula. This stretch of water is known for its strong tidal currents, which has made the area popular for dive charters operating out of nearby towns along the Little Belt. The site is rated an advanced dive, in keeping with the current conditions typical of this part of the strait. Divers here have reported a range of nudibranchs and related species, including Boston facelina, fuzzy onchidoris, hairy spiny dorid, red-fingered coryphella, and shag-rug nudibranch, along with common sea stars on the bottom.
