About this site

Gili Layar is a slope dive at Sekotong on Lombok, a site full of life with great visibility and varied depths that suit all levels. It is a beginner dive to about 28.5 metres, with a light current.

Turtles, cuttlefish and moray eels are regulars here. Divers have also reported clownfish, glassfish, six-banded angelfish, lionfish, triggerfish, sweetlips, octopus and pygmy seahorses around the site.
