About this site
Hong Kong is a shallow reef dive site located near Una Una, dived as a second dive on the return trip from Apollo. The site consists of two separated reefs and is noted for its dense, healthy coral cover and the volume of marine life it supports — the name itself reflects how populated the underwater environment is.
Both reefs are relatively shallow, making the site well-suited to divers looking for a relaxed dive following a deeper one at Apollo. Sunlight penetrates readily at this depth, illuminating the corals across the reef structure.
The site holds a strong variety of marine life, with Napoleons, Turtles, Cuttlefish, Octopus, Pipefish, and Nudibranchs all regularly encountered here. Water temperature ranges from 26–30°C, and the best conditions fall between March and June.
