Jay Scutti is a wreck dive off Fort Lauderdale, Florida, an artificial reef in 55 to 72 ft (17 to 22 m) of water. It is a 95 ft (29 m) Aruba harbour tugboat built in 1961 in the Netherlands, first named Arikok. It was seized on a smuggling run, sold at auction and sunk as an artificial reef on 19 September 1986.
It sits upright with the bow pointing north and is one of four wrecks in a line. Another wreck lies to the south, and the Tracey and Merci Jesus lie to the north. The Scutti is encrusted with invertebrates, sponges, hydroids and tunicates, which makes it a favourite for herbivorous fish like parrotfish. Southern stingrays can be seen on the sand nearby, and rebar stakes and cinder blocks lead north to the next wreck.
The current mostly runs south to north, and the site is dived at Open Water level. It is often the first stop of a drift over three wrecks in 65 to 70 ft of water.
