Middle Rock is a rock dive reaching 25 metres, with a medium current running across it. It is best dived at slack water, although experienced divers can drift it after half tide.
The rock suits a gradual ascent, with something to see all the way up from depth to around 6 metres. Cup corals, jewel anemones and sponges cover the rock, and wrasse, John Dory, dogfish and monkfish are found around it.
