Neptune House Reef is a shore-entry dive site located directly off Panagsama Beach in Basdiot, Moalboal, accessible with zero travel time and no boat required. The reef begins as a slope before dropping into a wall, with the most interesting diving between 5 and 15 m depth. Hard and soft corals line the structure, and the site is suitable for Open Water Diver-level divers.
The reef is best known for its resident sardine aggregation, a massive bait ball that hangs approximately 30 m off the coast just below the surface. The school is made up of hundreds of thousands of fish that split and reform as divers swim through; this gathering has been described as the second-largest sardine run in the world after South Africa's. Sardines are present alongside turtles, batfish, nudibranches, and occasional whale sharks, all within a rich variety of hard and soft corals.
Visibility runs between 10 and 20 m, and current is generally light at 0–2 knots, though stronger flows are possible. The site is beach-entry and lies within a short swim of shore, making it straightforward to reach independently.
