Pillar Coral is a drift dive at Roatan, lying between Overheat Reef to the south and El Aguila to the north. The site is named after a coral pinnacle that rises off the wall and tops out at around 27 metres (90 feet).
The current here is strong and the drift can be taken in either direction, north towards El Aguila Wall or back south towards the Overheat shallows. The full dive is better for intermediate and experienced divers.
