Poison Reef is a shallow dive site in Mauritius, with depths of 10 to 18 metres and plenty of sea life. It is a beginner dive, and the name comes from the venomous fish found along it.
Leaf fish, scorpionfish, devil scorpionfish, lionfish and stonefish can all be seen here, along with a large variety of moray eels. Anyone diving the site should keep a careful distance from the venomous species
