Scylla is a former frigate that was purposely sunk as a diving attraction off Plymouth, and it now ranks among the classic wreck dives of the area at twenty-odd metres. The maximum depth is 24 metres.
The wreck is closed and penetration is forbidden, as the hull is deteriorating. Visibility is limited and the water can be murky. Soft corals and scallops grow on the structure, fish gather around it, and dolphins have been reported nearby.
Confirmed by our research team, reported by independent divers, or observed nearby via iNaturalist — each entry is labelled with its source.
