Seget Reef is a pinnacle reef dive located near Komiža on the island of Vis, Croatia, dived by boat. It consists of an interconnected series of reefs that rise from a shallowest point of 12 metres down to beyond 100 metres, making it one of the deepest sites in the area and a technical-level dive.
The reef structure is covered in a wide variety of Adriatic corals and attracts a broad range of fish species across its different depth zones. The interconnected pinnacles provide varied terrain throughout the dive as the reef steps progressively into deeper water.
Seget Reef is considered extremely challenging and is suitable only for well-trained and prepared dive teams. Strong currents, constant boat traffic, and quickly changing weather conditions are all present at this site and must be accounted for in any dive plan.
