About this site

White Holes is a shallow dive site about a ten minute boat ride to the north of the island, with a maximum depth of 9 m (30 ft). Three sand patches surrounded by staghorn and elkhorn coral make up the site.

It is the most reliable place on the island to see nurse sharks and eagle rays. Barracuda, sting rays and trigger fish are also seen here, along with the occasional turtle, and many visitors to the island list it as one of their favourites.
