About this site
This site lies roughly 12 miles off the south shore of Long Island, New York, in the Atlantic waters that give the reef its name. It marks the resting place of two wrecked vessels, the Dauntless and the Relentless, on a reef structure in the offshore grounds commonly worked by dive boats out of Long Island's south shore ports.
