About this site
Abelard is a reef site off Plymouth on the south Devon coast of England, in the waters near the entrance to the English Channel historically referred to as Wessex. The Plymouth approaches are known for numerous dive sites scattered along the coast, usually reached by boat from the harbour. Abelard reaches a maximum depth of around 45 metres and is rated a technical dive.
