About this site
A shallow volcanic reef with dramatic rock formations and abundant marine life. Ideal for beginners and snorkelers, with depths around 5-12 meters. Expect schools of damselfish, parrotfish, and occasional rays gliding over the sandy patches. Clear Atlantic waters offer excellent visibility. The site shelters octopus and moray eels in its crevices. Gentle currents make for relaxed diving. Close to shore, easily accessible from Gran Canaria's coast.
