About this site
The Airplane Wreck sits off Moalboal on the west coast of Cebu, in the Visayas region of the Philippines, along the Tañon Strait known for its steep drop-offs close to shore. The name refers to a small aircraft replica or fuselage placed in the sandy area near the reef, used as a feature dive rather than a historical wreck. It lies close to the well known Pescador Island and house reef sites that draw divers to this stretch of coast, and it is generally rated an intermediate dive.
