About this site
Anna Reef sits off the coast of Tobago, part of the reef system surrounding this smaller of the two main islands of Trinidad and Tobago. Tobago's dive sites are typically reached by boat from towns such as Speyside or Crown Point, and the island's location where the Caribbean Sea meets the Atlantic gives many of its reefs a nutrient-rich, current-influenced character. Anna Reef reaches a maximum depth of around 35 metres and is rated an advanced dive, with divers noting strong currents around the site. Barracuda and mackerel have also been reported moving through the reef.
