About this site
Asdhoo Rock is a pinnacle dive site in North Male Atoll, in the Kaafu administrative region of the Maldives, reached by boat from the resorts and dive centers scattered through that atoll. The site sits along the outer reef structure typical of this part of the Maldives, where channels and thila formations break up the atoll rim, and here the pinnacle rises from the surrounding reef to a maximum depth of around 28 metres. It is rated an intermediate dive. Divers have reported batfish, fusiliers, grouper, manta rays, and snapper around the rock.
