About this site
Bacong is a coastal municipality in Negros Oriental, on the southeastern coast of Negros Island in the Philippines, facing the Tañon Strait. The dive site here reaches a maximum depth of around 8 metres and is considered suitable for beginners. Divers have also reported frogfish and mimic octopus in the area, making it a spot worth slowing down for despite its shallow depth.
