About this site
Off the coast of El Hierro, this dive site features dramatic volcanic formations with caves, arches, and swim-throughs. Strong currents attract large schools of barracuda, jacks, and occasional rays. The clear Atlantic waters offer excellent visibility, often exceeding 30 meters. Depths range from 12 to 40 meters, suitable for intermediate to advanced divers. Unique black coral gardens thrive here, adding to the site's wild, untouched feel. Expect encounters with angel sharks resting on sandy patches. The rugged underwater landscape makes every dive an adventure.
