About this site
Lac d'Annecy shore site after the village of Balmette towards Albertville, notable for several car wrecks dumped before a roadside barrier was built. From the entry at the south corner of the concrete wall heading north: a tree at 9–15 m, a Renault 4 van on its roof at 16 m, five cars between 21 and 25 m, and a small drop-off in the 10 m zone above them. Medium slope with very volatile silt; parking for three cars at most.
