About this site
Batu Mandi lies off the coast of Sulawesi, in the waters of Indonesia's northeastern region near the Sulawesi Sea, and takes its name from a rock formation offshore. The wall here reaches a maximum depth of around 20 metres and is rated an intermediate dive. Divers have reported frogfish, harlequin shrimp, mantis shrimp, nudibranchs, and octopus along the site, and dugongs have also been spotted here.
