About this site
This small island off Jeddah offers vibrant coral gardens teeming with reef fish. The shallow reefs slope gently to 15 meters, perfect for beginners. Expect encounters with moray eels, parrotfish, and occasional turtles. Strong currents attract schooling barracuda and trevally. The site gets its name from the seabirds nesting on the rocky outcrop. Visibility often exceeds 20 meters in these clear Red Sea waters.
