About this site
Off the coast of Hawaii, this site features dramatic lava formations and arches teeming with marine life. Strong currents attract pelagics like eagle rays and occasional reef sharks. The volcanic terrain creates swim-throughs and overhangs, home to vibrant corals and schools of tropical fish. Visibility is typically excellent, but surge can be strong. Best suited for intermediate to advanced divers due to the challenging environment.
