Black Rock, also known as Volcano Caves, lies off Guanaja, the easternmost of Honduras's Bay Islands in the western Caribbean. The island sits at the edge of the Mesoamerican Reef system, and this site, formed from volcanic rock with swim-throughs and cavern-like formations, is typically reached by a short boat ride from operators based near the main settlements.
