About this site
Blue Pools lies within the Keppel Islands group off the central Queensland coast, near Great Keppel Island, reached by short boat trips from Rosslyn Bay and Yeppoon. The site sits among the fringing coral bommies and rocky points typical of this part of the southern Great Barrier Reef. It tops out at around 10 metres and is rated a beginner dive, making it an easy option within the Keppels.
