About this site
Booby Island is a small rocky islet off the coast of Tobago, in the southeastern Caribbean waters of Trinidad and Tobago. Sites around this part of the coast are typically accessed by boat from nearby dive operations on the island. Divers here have reported a mix of reef fish, including Atlantic blue tang, banded butterflyfish, Caribbean bluehead wrasse, doctorfish, redband and stoplight parrotfish, and Western Atlantic trumpetfish, along with occasional sightings of hammerhead sharks passing through the area.
