About this site
Brseč Pinnacle takes its name from the village of Brseč on the eastern coast of Istria, in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar region of Croatia, facing the Kvarner Gulf. The village sits on cliffs above the Adriatic between Lovran and Moscenicka Draga, with rocky shoreline typical of this stretch of coast. The pinnacle itself reaches a maximum depth of around 25 metres and is rated an intermediate dive. Divers have also reported sightings here of bull sharks, eagle rays, hammerhead sharks, leopard or zebra sharks, manta rays, and tiger sharks, though these are unusual claims for the Adriatic and worth treating with some caution.
