Buda Reef sits near Koh Rong, an island off the coast of Krong Preah Sihanouk in southern Cambodia, in the Gulf of Thailand. Dive operators based in Sihanoukville and on Koh Rong itself run trips out to reef sites scattered around the island's coastline.
