About this site
Butterfly Valley (蝴蝶谷) is a shallow macro site off Nanliao on the southwest of Green Island, in 10–15 m of water. It is dived by day and as a night dive for nudibranchs, hairy shrimp and skeleton shrimp, with frogfish seen at times. Conditions are usually calm on this side of the island.
