About this site
Cabez Reef lies off the coast of Aruba, an island in the southern Caribbean known for reef and wreck diving along its leeward shore. It reaches a maximum depth of around 20 metres and is rated an advanced dive. Divers here have reported rocky entries, strong conditions, and waves, so conditions can be demanding compared to the island's calmer sites. Barracuda, hammerhead sharks, and reef sharks have also been reported at the site.
