About this site
Casus Soraya lies along the Red Sea coast within Qesm Al Qoseir, in Egypt's Red Sea Governorate, south of the city of Quseir, on a stretch where the shelf is dotted with fringing reef systems typical of the region. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 30 metres and is rated a beginner dive. Divers have reported garden eels, glassfish, grouper, jacks and amberjack, and sea turtles here.
