About this site
Sesimbra sits on the Atlantic coast of the Setubal district, southwest of Lisbon, on the western side of the Arrabida hills where they meet the sea. The area is known for its rocky shoreline and clear coastal waters, with several dive sites reached by boat from the town's fishing harbour. Catrapona lies along this stretch of coast near Sesimbra.
