Caves

Grand Bahama sits at the northern edge of the Bahamian archipelago, an island shaped in large part by the limestone karst that riddles it with caves and sinkholes both inland and just offshore. Dive sites along this coast often take advantage of that geology, with swim-throughs and cavern features cut into the reef structure near Freeport and the surrounding shoreline.
