Cayman Islands is a dive site set among the breakwaters of Palm Jumeirah, the artificial palm-shaped archipelago built off Dubai's coast in the Persian Gulf, where dives take place around artificial structures rather than natural reef formations. It reaches a maximum depth of around 30 metres and is rated a beginner dive. Divers have reported leopard (zebra) sharks, seahorses, and even whale sharks around the site, though sightings of these vary and are not guaranteed on any given dive.
