About this site
Off the coast of A Coruña lies an underwater graveyard of military vehicles, sunk to create an artificial reef. The site features tanks, trucks, and artillery scattered across a sandy bottom at 18-22 meters. Strong currents bring nutrient-rich waters, attracting schools of bream, barracuda, and occasional rays. Visibility varies but often reaches 10-15 meters. The wreckage provides shelter for octopus, conger eels, and crustaceans. Best dived on slack tide to avoid strong currents. A unique blend of history and marine life makes this a memorable dive.
