Cj's Drop Off

CJ's Drop Off sits along the reef edge off Utila Island, part of the Bay Islands off the Caribbean coast of Honduras. It is a wall dive where the reef slopes and then falls away into deeper water, a common feature of sites along Utila's fringing reef. The site tops out at a maximum depth of around 15.2 metres and is rated a beginner dive, which fits its regular use as one of the training and fun-dive sites worked by local operators. Utila is known within the Bay Islands for its whale shark sightings and its dive-training industry, and CJ's Drop Off is a routine stop for boats running out of the island's dive shops.
