About this site
Collack Pier offers a sheltered dive site in Ireland's Celtic Sea, ideal for beginners and night dives. The shallow, rocky seabed is rich with marine life, including colorful anemones, crabs, and small fish. Visibility varies but is often decent near the pier structure. Gentle currents make it a relaxed dive, with depths around 5-10 meters. The pier's pilings attract curious wrasse and occasional octopus. Easy shore access and calm conditions year-round make it a reliable spot for training or casual exploration.
