Confusion is a dive site in the San Andrés y Providencia archipelago, a Colombian island group in the western Caribbean Sea that sits on a continental shelf off the coast of Nicaragua despite its Colombian jurisdiction. It is reached by boat from San Andrés town or from Providencia, where the surrounding waters are known for coral formations and drop-offs along the shelf edge. This particular site reaches a maximum depth of around 42.7 metres and is rated technical.
