About this site
Cornelius Bay lies along the leeward coast of Curaçao, the Dutch Caribbean island that sits north of Venezuela. Much of this shoreline is characterized by fringing reef that drops into deeper water not far from shore, typical of the sheltered west side of the island. Sites along this stretch of coast are generally reached by shore entry or short boat rides from the nearby towns, and Cornelius Bay itself is rated a beginner dive.
