About this site
A shallow, sandy cove near Florida's coast, ideal for beginners and snorkelers. The sandy bottom slopes gently, scattered with small coral heads and seagrass beds. Look for crabs, juvenile fish, and occasional nurse sharks resting in the shallows. Visibility is usually good, and currents are mild. Perfect for relaxed dives or night dives to spot nocturnal marine life. Close to shore, making it easily accessible.
