About this site
Custom House Beach offers a unique cold-water dive in the Bay of Fundy. Strong tides bring nutrient-rich waters, attracting lobsters, scallops, and schools of herring. The rocky bottom features crevices and ledges, perfect for exploring. Visibility varies with the tide, often reaching 10 meters. Divers can spot colorful anemones and starfish clinging to the rocks. The site is best suited for intermediate divers due to currents. Nearby Deer Island provides stunning coastal views. Wetsuits or drysuits are essential in these chilly Atlantic waters.
