About this site
Dakune Gala lies off the coast of Sri Lanka near Negombo, on the island's west coast. It reaches a maximum depth of around 14 metres over a reef and is considered a beginner-friendly dive. Divers have reported barracuda, fusilier, and snapper moving over the site.
