This vibrant reef in the Coral Sea near Townsville offers stunning coral gardens and clear waters. The outer edge drops sharply, creating dramatic walls teeming with marine life. Expect schools of tropical fish, reef sharks, and occasional manta rays. The shallow lagoons are perfect for snorkeling, while deeper sections challenge divers with strong currents. Visibility often exceeds 30 meters, showcasing colorful soft corals. The reef's healthy ecosystem makes it a prime spot for underwater photography.
