About this site
Deep Slope is a reef site off Malapascua Island, on the northern tip of Cebu in the Visayas region of the Philippines, facing the Visayan Sea. Like the other dive sites around the island, it is typically reached by a short banca boat ride from the beach resorts on Malapascua's south shore. It is rated an intermediate dive. Divers have reported anemone porcelain crabs, chocolate chip sea stars, gloomy nudibranchs, magnificent chromodoris, and snowflake morays along the slope, making it a spot worth slowing down for macro life.
