About this site
San Vito Lo Capo sits on the northwestern tip of Sicily, in the province of Trapani, where the coastline gives way to limestone headlands and the Gulf of Castellammare. Della Tonnara takes its name from the old tuna fishery tradition once practiced along this shore, and its cave terrain reaches a maximum depth of around 28 metres. The waters here are part of a stretch known for rocky coves and clear conditions typical of this part of the Tyrrhenian coast.
