Deluna House Reef

Deluna House Reef sits along the coast of Mindoro Oriental, on the western side of the Philippines facing the Mindoro Strait toward Batangas. It is dived directly from shore, part of the stretch of coastline in this province known for small resort-based diving operations. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 15 metres over a reef bottom, with light current, and is rated a beginner dive. Entry involves steep steps, so care is worth taking on the way in and out. Divers have reported a wide range of small reef life here, including clownfish, leaf scorpionfish, lionfish, barred-fin moray, Morrison's dragonet, skinspot pygmygoby, Ryukyu fairy wrasse, twospot wrasse, and orangestripe triggerfish, alongside trevally and, occasionally, thresher shark.
