About this site

Devil's Point lies along the Batangas coast of Luzon, in the Verde Island Passage area of the Philippines known for its concentration of dive sites. It reaches a maximum depth of around 18 metres over a reef bottom, with good visibility and light current, and is generally considered a beginner site. Divers have also reported down currents, strong currents, and washing machine conditions here, so it can behave differently than the easy grading suggests. Reported sightings at the site include barracuda, batfish, grouper, snapper, and lionfish, along with occasional larger animals such as hammerhead sharks, nurse sharks, manta rays, thresher sharks, and whale sharks.
