Diamond Rock is a dive site off Saba, a small volcanic island in the Caribbean Netherlands known for its steep underwater pinnacles and drop-offs formed by the same volcanic activity that shaped the island above water. Sites around Saba are typically reached by boat from the harbor area, as the island's coastline offers little in the way of shore access due to its rugged terrain.
